How can I track my order?
Shortly after your order is placed you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which will contain your UPS tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the UPS site to view the latest check-in of your package. We encourage you to sign up for the UPS My Choice system, you are able to receive delivery alerts via email or your phone, change your delivery location, or hold your package for pick up at your local UPS store.

How do you ship to protect against warm weather?
We ship using the best option to get your chocolates delivered in their best condition. In warm weather, each package is packaged with insulation and gel packs for protection from the heat. It is IMPORTANT to ship to an address where the package can be delivered indoors and not left outside.
During the warmer months (May through September), orders only ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent the chocolate from melting during the shipping process over the weekends. Please consider this when placing your order. If you are in a shipping zone that requires 3 or more shipping days, your order will be shipped on the Monday or Tuesday after your order is placed, unless Next Day or 2nd Day Express shipping is selected. For orders to the Southern states (Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida) or in areas experiencing consistent temperatures above 85° F we STRONGLY suggest you choose 2nd day or Next Day Express Shipping option, so your package can arrive in a timely manner allowing the gel packs to keep your treats from melting.
If express shipping is selected and chocolate arrives melted, we will replace or refund your purchase immediately. Amber Lyn cannot guarantee your chocolate will arrive un-melted if ground shipping is selected. If 2nd day or Next Day Express Shipping is selected, we guarantee that your chocolate will arrive un-melted IF your package is delivered indoors and not left outside.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
The Amber Lyn website currently ships to contiguous U.S. addresses only, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Amber Lyn does not ship internationally at this time. Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via USPS and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 21 business days.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1 PM MST Monday-Wednesday are typically shipped the same day they are received. If an order comes in after 1 PM MST Wednesday, it would possibly be held to ship on the following Monday. This prevents the shipment from being stored in a carrier’s unconditioned space during transit.
