To make the return, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the product you want to return in the box it arrived in along with any packing and temperature control products that were enclosed. If frozen gel packs were included, please refreeze them before shipping.
- Be sure to enclose your packing slip or the order number.

- Call Amber Lyn Customer Service at 866-986-2738 to alert us of the return. Please share the reason for the return as customer feedback is vitally important to us.
- Ship the package back to us via any reliable shipper, i.e. USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- We will process a full refund once the product has arrived back at our facility.
